Problem Note 54409: SAS® Customer Experience Analytics does not record the correct source for the downloaded documents that are listed in the DETAIL_X_DOCUMENT table

SAS Customer Experience Analytics creates a record in the DETAIL_X_DOCUMENT table for each document that is downloaded from your website. This table has a foreign key, DETAIL_SK, that enables you to create a join between the DETAIL_X_DOCUMENT table and the DETAIL_FACT table. When this foreign key is populated with correct values, the join shows the web page where the downloaded document originated. However, the foreign key value is populated incorrectly, so the join with the DETAIL_FACT table does not yield correct information.
There is no workaround for this problem.
